I provide a casual, calm + caring environment. A place for when you’re ready to make a change in your life. We take a deeper look into your emotions, understanding your gut, sourcing root causes, sharing stories, moderating foods and creating realistic, future goals.
In our busy lives we have now, FaceTime, Skype and Zoom are our best friends. My health coaching can be conducted via phone, video call or face to face. We can go chat over a cup of coffee if that’s what you prefer. The aim is to be relaxed + comfortable + ready to chat.
